This decree hereby states that the Boundary from La Push had been added on to in the act of protecting those who can not protect themselves against the blood thirsty Cold Ones known to us as the Cullen Coven. This over rules all over treaties agreed to by both parties.
We, the wolves hereby honor our pact set before us by our ancestors which enables us to enforce law in La Push and harm any and all vampires which try to enter our region.
The Cullen's, hereby ackowledge the discussion and agree upon restraining themselves from entering Forks, Washington after sunset. The Vampires are also aware that any relatives they may have, as well as themselves, will be chased, attacked, and killed if found in Forks after sundown. At dawn the ban will be lifted once again. This is to happen daily for a remainder of twenty years or so long as the Cullen Coven is residing on the outskirts of Forks.
Carlisle Cullen, being an exception to this law as he is a caregiver and life saver of the human species. Isabella Cullen, will be permited to cross into any wolven land as long as she is still living.
This treaty has been created by the Elders of La Push and witnessed, signed and forever honored by The Cold Ones- The Cullen Coven, the Quileute Boundary Pack, and the Quileute La Push Pack.
