Trees seemed to be every while she was running but where she was of course they would be dominating every inch of the forest. It was one down side for her since at the moment he was after her. Nessie kicked up her speed, but would it do her any good? Blood pumping and almost out of breath she fell to slowed down and fell to her knees and clenched her sides as she laughed. Of course she would lose there was nothing to it. Her blue eyes moved to the movement that was coming behind, but before her eyes could come to a clear view he had already pounced on her. With a small scream Nessie fell over and covered her face as her pet dog Darky began licking her cheek.
Laughter soon echoed through the woods along with a few barks from the large Husky. They both tended to play chase a lot together when she and Darky managed to wonder into the woods which wasn't to far from her own home. It was a way for Nessie to get the dog the exercise he needed.
"OK...I lose....again." She said moving the dog off of her and sitting back up. Her whole back of her body was slightly wet from the rain that started last night, but she didn't mind it was water nothing else. Nessie stood up and brushed off her pants then smoothed out her shirt. With a smile she looked down at Darky. "Next time." She said with a playful glare and nod to her head. The dog barked and wagged its furry black tail spinning around in a small circle. Laughing she brought her hand down on to the husky's head stroking his fur softly.
Not even a moment later a growl ripped through Darky making her jump some in shock before realizing his eyes were darting around. Ears pulled back and teeth bared Nessie fiddled with the metal zipper of her jacket. "What is it?" She said glancing around. Never had she seen Darky behave this way not even with cats but she never had those things around since she couldn't really be around them with her allergies. Even if she that wasn't the reason Nessie had a hunch she still wouldn't like the annoying creatures.
Looking back down Darky who was still softly growling she crouched down to eye level with him. "Hello?" Nessie poked his noes and slightly tilted her head. "I never should have gave you some of my coffee." She said running a hand through her hair a scowl placed on her. Yes, early today she had given her dog just a bit of her coffee not really knowing what would happen, but at first it was funny with his constant tail catching, but now it seemed it was bad idea.
